My mom spent me a Woolworths vochure from Pavillion Woolworths on the 04.12.2013, when I went into Clearwater to collect the vochure on the on 05.12.2013, Clearwater had no records of the transaction... I spent an hour and half trying to sort out and trace the vochure. Pavillion branch could not find the documentation of the transaction done... I ended up leaving Woolworths Clearwater with no vochure, very disappointed, as you had wasted my time, made me feel and look like a fool, and a very un happy lil boy, as the vochure was for him for Christmas from his Granny... Well done Woolworths for spoiling my evening and my son's evening!
The saddest thing is today I had to follow up and trace where my gift card is.
