I reported a malfunctioning Defy Dishmaid on 30 December 2013 to the regional service department in Durban with call reference number 100846. I have had to call on 3 occasions to follow up on the requested service/repair in the past 10 days. Told on one occasion that the local technician will contact me sometime in the first 3 days of this week, nothing has yet transpired. When trying to call again today to follow up, the service department's phone just rings without answer.. 10 days has passed without so much as a phone call, email or sms to inform me of the progress of the fault reported. Someone at Defy needs to take some responsible action and ensure that customers are kept updated with regards to calls that are logged and that there is not just "one person in the service department who is very busy today" per the receptionist. PLEASE Defy... you need to jack up your customer service or you WILL be losing loyal customers soon! Thanks
