I would like to express my disappointment on Woolworths Insurance Claim Division, I was retrenched at work on the 08th June 2013, I submitted all the documentation required. I have been calling to find out if the claim has been approved only to be told that they have sent an email to ABSA Life, how long does it take to sent information and get an approval. The documentation was submitted by 20th June 2013, It's over the 21 days, the debit order keeps on running on a monthly basis.
Kindly advise the way forward.
