Replacement card

I have a secondary card given to me and it was some time back.
I went to Foschini Alberton late last year (August 2012) to apply for a replacement and was told it takes 3 -6 weeks for delivery.

I haven't received anything to date. I went to enquire about it at a Foschini in Westgate and I was told to re apply for it again and still wait 3 - 6 weeks. I think Foschini should be able to track my last enquiry and quickly work on that as I believe this is not acceptable
