My son was travelling with my cousin using Greyhound they lost their baggage and now they are refusing to compensate because they claim that I should send them receipts of everything that was in the laggage. I mean really where do I get the receipts now for items that I bought, because I dont buy clothes hoping that they are going to get lost therefore keep all the receipts. And what is is worse is they made me go thru teh whole process of claimining listing the items that were there and later offered R500 of which that is even lesser that both travelling tickets I paid for both my son and cousin.
