Still waiting to be re-imberesed

Hi I have taken out an insurance with Prime meridian about a year and a half a ago, I am fully aware that it is carprehensive cover for total loss but I also opted to take out motor care insurance and the sales person explained to me that all I had to do to make a claim for motor insurance was take the vechicle to an RMI dealership that does repairs and that I should take my vechicle to a toyota dealer for routine servicing, however i explained that my vechicle gets serviced privately and I have all the receipts so it was agreed upon by myself and the sales person that I will have cover for a motor claim as long as my vechicle gets serviced at the correct intervals and I have the receipts to prove it. I then called in 4 months later and the above was confirmed again... But now 18 months later my radiator packs up I call in to make a claim and first I am told my account in arrears then I have not submitted any service interval to show servicing and my claim rejected... NOW HOW WAS I SUPPOSE TO NO THAT I AM TO SUBMIT SERVICE INTERVAL RECEIPTS WHEN NO ONE TOLD ME THAT AND FURTHER MORE THE MONEY GETS DEBITED OF MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH SO HOW CAN IT BE IN ARREARS..? no: 0718692895
