I had bought a prepaid USB modem on friday 22 November 2013.Jonathan informed me that he was not able to issue me with a receipts and will send it to me later on, through my email and i agreed.
I went back on saturday, 23 November to check as i had not received it and was informed by Simmone (who also work there) that i must live my contact details which i did and would be called later. Nothing happened. I also received a an email from Jonathan saying i must send my ID no so they could issue a receipts. At first I became hesitant but complied.
Days passed and Until today, 26 Nov, I went back to check on my receipts as i need to submit this to my company for reconcilaition and was issued a receipts with simmone and her id no with incorrect simcard number. She infomed me that it doesn't matter that it on her name. My company wont accept such a receipts as the details are incorrect and I'm being sent from pillar to post for a just a mere receipts. I dont know what going on here!!
