My aunt bought us "the dark knight" dvd for Christmas and I went yesterdasy to swap it cos we already have it, the cashier tried to gv me and say that I needed the slip but it was a Christmas present. So anyway I eventually got to swap it for another dvd "Unknown" and the price scanned R39.95 which in actual fact my aunt paid R59.95, so now musica owes me R20.00. I find the service at 90% of the carnival stores shockingly poor not sure if its the brakpan air or wat but you ppl must go on customer service courses or somethg cos yr service suxs
