On the 26th of december i bought a cd at musica in Witbank, then the next day i realized that trac 20 the last trac had a scratch but to my unfortunate i could not find my proof of purchase.
So i went back to the store and found Xolani so i explained to him my problems and he gave me a bad attitude and told me he is not going to help me and there is nothing or no one i cant contact to help me, the lady i bought the Cd from also denied remembering me.
This Xolani gave me a bad attitude and how does musica expect me to listen to a scratched cd?
One of the reason i didn't look after my till slip is that i didn't think musica would sell me damaged goods and give me bad attitude about it.
