I bought a CD of Micheal Bubble' for my Dad for his birthday, it said it was a double CD and when i purchased it From the Musica In the Westaget Mall i didnt think anything would be wrong with it as it was sealed, 2 days later as my dad opened it up he realised that there should be 2 CD's and not just one so he asked me why the tellers at Musica did not follow procedure and open the CD infront of me to ensure there are 2 CD's, i said to him that i didnt realise what should have happened but i will take it back and ask them, on my arrival at the Musica the teller number one refused to even listen to me, he just told me without a slip i cannot retrun or obtain another CD, i explained that as it was a gift i bought and that i do not have the slip and if he could assist me by checking their records, he would assist me at all, i find this to be terrible servce from them, already when i walked into the shop not one of the staff memebrs offered to help i had to eyeball one of them before i got assistance. I would like my CD replaced based on the fact that they did not follow policy and procedure by opening the CD and making certain i was gettig what i paid for.
