The christmas turducken

I am writing on behalf of my Aunt who purchased a very expensive TURDUCKEN for Christmas. It was advertised by checkers prior to xmas, and seemed like a delicious alternative to the regular turkey. it was a chicken stuffed inside a duck inside a turkey. meant to be deboned and it was also pre-cooked so only required 20 mins heating up. When my cousins carved it up on Christmas day there were lots of bones. The next day, when one would like to have some left overs, the turducken had gone rancid. My Aunt paid over R 500 for this.
When she phoned to complain, the person she spoke to apologised but no compensation was offered.
She was very disappointed and she has obviously told many people, and I for one will never buy one in the future.
