Paid on 23 Oct 2012 and still waiting

I ordered two Dvd's from Kalahari on 23 October 2012 as Christmas presents - Searching for Sugerman and Marley (Documentary on Bob Marley)

The website said that BOTH Dvd's would be released in November 2012.
By mid December I had still received nothing and phoned to enquire where I was told that these Dvd's were still not released... Why specify "November" on your website if that is not true???

I then get told that I can expect the one Dvd at the end of December and the other only late February 2013???

I ordered these Dvd's as Christmas presents because your website said that both would be released in November???

Then, while doing my Christmas shopping I find that Searching for Sugerman had in fact been released and was already on Musica's shelf! The reason that I ordered these Dvd's from Kalahari is so that I could get them AS SOON AS THEY WERE RELEASED!!!

So I ended up having to buy Searching for Sugerman from Musica because I was so desperate to at least have one of the Dvd's to give as a Christmas present. I then received it on 24 December, so I am sitting with an unwanted Dvd.

AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MARLEY DVD!!!

False advertising is the pits..
