I recently received a statement with two billing that I couldn't understand why the are there and I have been charged for those two accounts, namely a jet funeral cover plan and month jet funeral plan.it's the first time I see this two accounts and don't remember agreeing to this account to be included on my account.their call center agent just added them even if I didn't agree to that.if they have a prove I'll be glad for them to supply that with me with my voice in the tape.
