On the 3/11/2013 I visited the NWJ store in Gateway to fetch a watch I left there more than a month ago to be forwarded to S Bacher for repairs, since handing in my watch there nobody contacted me, I called them and they informed me that my watch was there but they did not even bother to inform me to collect. At the store I was not treated properly nor was Stefanie willing to assist she was more interested in speaking with her collegue about the employees of YDE which is opposite them, Stepanie stated she could not assist me, and lacked customer service and was rude, she then went to the back of the shop but still in my view and I heard her saying to her supervisor, "who does he think he is, blow him"she then threw my watch on the table in the back. Her supervisor asked her to apologise to me but she refused. I definately think she is in the wrong industry and made no attempt to help me, it is clearly evident that this store lacks customer service and respect towards their customers! The repairs to my watch was wrong as the band that was fitted was not similar to that which I had and nobody informed me that the exact band could not be replaced.
