A big thanks to Chris, one of the managers at the Mall@Reds Game, for helping to exchange our DVD machine which only when we got home found that the machine was the wrong region code. When we wanted to return the machine the mall was without electricity, so we had to return the next day. Thank you to Chris for accommodating our extra trips to the mall with a discount on the correct DVD machine.
