I bought a laptop at Game on the 20 March 2013, it has given me problems from the beginning. I took it in today to customer service and after waiting for over 30 minutes to finally get the problem sorted, I was given a slip advising that it will be sent away and it will take up to 21 DAYS to be fixed. I need this laptop to work and I cannot wait nearly a month for it to be repaired. This is ridiculous. I also bought a stove from Game about two months ago and found when it was delivered that one of the dials on the stove is incorrect. I just left it because the customer service is not good.
