My dad bought a laptop which was on special, a week later it started giving him issue the manager at game store refused to take it back because he had lost his recipt even after he offered to bring his bank statemnt to show that the transaction did take place. After i complained here my father was then told to bring in the laptop for repairs, when he after a week or two he was told it had been fixed but had to pay R700.00. How do you buy a "new" laptop that breaks after a week and then you are expected to pay for the damages!!! i cannot belive this still shocked and will never buy from Game again
