I was suppose to receive a parcel from UTI on monday. I phoned them with a tracking number where they updated all my details. I received an sms yesterday that my parcel will be delivered today and even received a phone call from the vanderbijlpark branch to inform me that my package will be delivered between 12 and 1 and not to go anywhere. At 14:00 I phoned UTI again, just to hear that the driver could not find the company with the name I provided (Which is not a company name but actually my personal name). I was even told that my parcel will be delivered after hours as the driver is currently in PTA, I am suppose to wait for a package at work after hours. I don't think so. Not for a mistake they made. I am very disappointed, and trust me, in future I would rather make use of one of all the other courier companies.
