On the 15December 2012, I inquired about my instalment due to make sure I paid the full outstanding amount, the balance showed an amount of R1634.84 I then paid R1700 which my account had available credit of R1296. Then on the 25January 2013, I paid R900 & to my surprise, the available credit has gone down to R1096. I have inquired at the store, No one seems understood what happened, especially because I have not bought on my account since paying in December. I spoke to Cronan & Ayesha who could not give me sensible reason. The least they could do is acknowledging the fact that they are speaking to someone who has a brain and has tge capability to think. According to my knowledge my account was up to date as if 15.12.12, now if Woolworths decided to decrease my credit limit then wouldn't my credit available still be higher than it was in December and not lower by R200? I am not happy about this matter at all and I need it rectified as a matter if urgency.
