Major Delivery Issue

12 August 2012 I purchased The Emerald queensize bed with 2 matching pedestals and The Giant 4 piece day bed on Lay-By. I was told by Jaco that the furniture will be kept in storage until it is paid off and I am ready to receive delivery. I told Jaco it would be around December 2012. The last payment on the order was made on 31 October 2012. Aba informed me the shipment for The Giant Lounge day bed will only be due the first week of December 2013. To accommodate Rochester I agreed that everything can be delivered together in the first week of December. After a lot of drama and excuses I eventually received delivery of The Giant Lounge day bed and the Emerald Queensize bed. But I was told there are no pedestals available. The lead time has since then changed from mid January'13 to end January'13 to Mid February'13. This is absolutely ridiculous as "Lay-By" is an agreement in which the seller reserves an item for a customer until the customer completes all the payments. Please explain how you sell "Lay-By" items when it is clearly reserved and how you are planning to resolve this issue?
