I applied for a Woolworths Credit card at the back end of November last year. I received my card in December 2012. Woolworths advertise that you get a percentage of your spend back in the form of Woolworths vouchers. So, i pay for just about EVERYTHING with my Woolworths credit card. At month end, the full balance is debited from my bank account. I have spent a small fortune, buying my groceries, buying my clothing, well just about everything i buy goes onto my Woolworths Credit card, every month they are paid in full. BUT, i have never received one voucher back. It doesnt matter who you speak to, how many reference numbers of how many calls, they all promise to send the vouchers - but like most useless companies in this country - they never bother - YOU WOOLWORTHS CREDIT CARD DIVISION. I think the reason why they are listed as Companies who dont respond - is because they think they are too important
