I ordered a NEW Samsung Blu-Ray player on the online store at CNA, it was to be a Christmas / birthday/ congratulations present for my brother. I ordered it around the 10/12/2013. They say it takes 2/10 working days so I thought it should come by the 24th. When I called before I left to see my brother in cape town, they said the warehouse is waiting for stock and it might only be delivered around the 30th. I was still to be in Cape Town at that time so I changed the delivery address so it could be received. During my time in CPT I called but NO ONE could give me any answers then today an agent tells me that the query into the order is still pending and that changing the delivery address confused the dispatch people! Do they employ? I CANNOT fathom why there is no stock at Christmas for a new product. That is by far the lamest excuse for not doing a job. Seriously! I went to a CNA store and was told that this was not the first time they've had this mess up. Please find out if your staff wants to work there, if not, fire them & get people who do and can send my order on time! I'm sick and tired of the We're out of stock excuse!!!
