On the 30/10/2013 I went to Cash Converters in Horizon View to borrow money again;s my Sony Cyber-Shot Camera 7.2.On the 29/11/2013 I went to collect my item as the expire date was for that day 29/11/2013.On arrival at the branch they informed me that all the systems and computers is of line and they cant release any goods at this moment. On request they have made a written note that I should come back on the 09/12/2013.As promised I went back to the 09/12/2013 and was SHOCKED when they replied to me that there was a brake in at the store on the 30/11/2013, and that my camera was one of the items that have been that evening. They have handed a document over to me, as proof of the brake in and said that they will contact me in a weeks time which they failed to do. Every time i visited the store they reply there is still no outcome on whats going to happen, and I should WAIT!! I believe they should have release my camera when I was there to collect it on the 29/11/2013-Surely there should have been a manual process in place when something like this is beyond there control. Up to date (02/01/2014) I, m still without my camera or any response from the branch what is happening.
