Poor service

We went to watch the 17h00 pm movie at irene village mall on sunday 5 january 2014. When we went to pay our parking ticket the machine was broken. No notice of out of order was up. The machine did not take the R9 we put in for a R7 ticket. Payment did not go through and did not show on the ticket! We had to pushed the help button a couple of times before someone answer. We had to explain the situation twice before he reacted. He did not intend to give our change even. Just said we must go to the front gate and he will open it. When we had to asked for our changed he said we needed to wait a couple of minutes so that he can send someone down. We said it was fine because it was only R2 and we were already so irritated. After that we had to tell all the people that the machine was broken cause everyone wanted to pay there. When we got to the gate we had to press the help button twice before someone answered. We had to explain the whole situation again. Then we were told we will open now-now! What kind of answer is that? We wanted to go home our whole afternoon was spoiled. It was embarrassing. People staring and irrated people that was behind us. This is uneceptable service
