Refund movie ticket

I took my 3 year old daughter to the movies (Ster Kinekor - Irene Mall) for the first time (Friday 19 July @ 09:15). I wanted to use my Edgars Club Card for payment, but it did not want to activate. So I had to pay the full price (R96.00) for the both of us, which I did because I really thought she would enjoy Monsters University. We went into the theatre but my child was VERY scared and afraid of the dark and noise. We had to exit the theatre and did not watch the movie at all. I went back to the Ticket Desk and explained my situation. The lady at the ticket desk consulted with her manager and they gave me a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you ladies. You made my day and I used the R96.00 to take my child to the play park instead, which she enjoyed. Excellent service! This is going the extra mile for customer service! I unfortunately do not know the 2 ladies' names, but I appreciate their compassion.
