I went to the Ster-Kinekor at Irene Village Mall and I have got to say - this has been the worst experience I've ever had at one of your branches. None of your automated self service kiosks accept chip cards (and I wasn't the only customer), and there was not a single cashier behind your desk. I had to stand in a line for 20 minutes and buy a movie ticket from the kiosk that sells drinks and snacks for crying out loud. This experience wasted 30min of my time and made me wonder I was tolerating such terrible service and staff apathy at R58 a movie ticket.
