Your slogan suggests otherwise or maybe the tellers haven't been informed or are intent on defying the attempt go get better. When a customer comes to pay, common courtesy is to acknowledge them and greet them. When requesting a bag I wasn't expecting for it to be tossed towards my goods like a discarded piece of rubbish. Once I had paid I stupidly expected to be thanked or at least said goodbye to - this did not happen. I think my money will be better spent at PnP or Woolies not 800m away. Well done Checkers or getting worse and worse and losing another customer as this is not the first incident at this branch.
