Took my tv in 3 months ago as it had a default for the second time. They took it back to Sony to get checked. It was brought back two weeks later adving its not fixable. I was advised by the staff at FC Boksburg that they will put in a claim at head office and it will take 3 weeks to process. To this day im still waiting for feedback. Iv been calling Esethu countless times and she always says she'll return call but never has. Iv spoken to a black lady who advised she's an assistant manager and will make sure Esethu calls back but that has never happened. Iv also sent emails and nobody bothers to respond back. Its funny how the store calls clients to come instore to buy, however their after sales and service is shocking. I wont be buying from the FC group any more as they dont look after their customers. We've had to stay over 3 months without a tv which is ridiculous
