When I initially called I was very angry because I didn't receive adequate feedback over the claim that I have submitted to Miway on time when I needed it the most. She really showed unprecedented and professionalism in dealing with me; she was calm, shealso showed understanding over my frustration as a customer and she handled my phone call with exceptional skill. Esethu made means to transfer me to claims department manager as I requested, furthermore, she showed reliability in calling me back as promised, unlike other clients who promise to call and never get back to you. I really appreciate Miway for hiring consultants of such an exceptional exemplary service, such consulants needs to be noticed and recognised. Finally, through Esethu's help I managed to get my request resolved and I also managed to get through to the person handling my claim as urgent as I needed it.
