Rochester not delivering

I bought furniture from Rochester and as per our agreement, it was to be delivered within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. It's been 10 weeks now and I still have not received anything. After countless efforts to get feedback from the sales person, I took it up with the branch manager who promised to look into it but never did. Neither the sales person nor the manager bother to call back with feedback, even when they promise to. Each time I call the branch I get told that I will receive my things within the week which never materialises. What's more is that the staff are not willing to do anything about this. In fact the manager told me that he would send back to query to the sales person because there was nothing he could do - even though I was escalating the same sales person to him.
Sending them any emails via their website doesn't help either, because no one ever responds to those. They have proven that all they care about is making money and definitely not about their customers or sticking to the contract.
At the very least you should have the decency to keep your clients informed of delays and reasons thereof. I am very disappointed with your service.
