We bought a Huawei mobile phone which was on display because they didn't have any more phones in stock. We were told that the phone has a 7 day guarantee. In less than 7 days we noticed the speakers were faulty and took it back. The sales man tried to check settings on the phone and told us to come back today for an exchange. When we went back this morning we talked to the lady who is the stores manager and she refused to replace the phone. They know very well that we are here for holiday and will not be able to wait for the 7 days. We are surprised by the rigidity especially considering the inconvenience to us since we leave the country next week. They also refused to give a refund. I find this to be very unfriendly and makes it difficult to understand
