I paid jut over R10000 into a colleagues Standard Bank account online - this account was closed months ago. Colleague notified me and the nightmare started. Contacted call centre and completed & returned documents. Standard Bank spent hours trying to locate the funds in our presence, and proofed that the funds never entered their system. Clicks/FNB managers @ call centre kept promising to follow-up, BUT I have to call them for feedback. This is now over 4 months and probably the worst experience I've ever had with any banking call centre. I just want it resolved, the money located and paid back into my account.
