2 Weeks to Sort out a Paypal Account?!?!?!

On 15 April I contacted your FNB paypal centre, I was asked to submit forms, which I did, I was then informed it needs to be certified. On Friday last week I took hours out of my day to get all forms certified, I emailed it through. Today I was informed that my paypal account is now active. I contacted your call centre to ask how I can access my online profile. I had a credit card with you which has now been closed, I'm still paying it off but it's been closed. I was then informed that the system is still reflecting I have an account, although I don't! I don't have the credit card anymore, or my log in name, or my password. How the am I suppose to now open my paypal account so I can transfer funds to my Standard Bank account? What I fail to understand is that Naseem has failed to informed me that I can't have an online banking profile because of this.

I need to withdraw funds from paypal to Standard Bank asap!! Two weeks of struggling only to be informed of this today.
