I ordered sandstone cladding from Misty Mountain because they promised they could deliver within the week, and I was in a hurry to complete a project. Delivery was promised 3-5 days from payment. I paid in full on Tuesday 21 May. To be fair, they would have picked up my payment on the Wednesday morning. When the supplies hadn't arrived by the following Tuesday, I called them. They told me the goods would be delivered before 5pm on Tuesday 28 May. Nothing arrived. On Wednesday, I once again called them. No apologies... just lots of excuses about the transport and the fact that they have no control over the transport. They promised the goods would be delivered to their premises at 7am on Thursday morning, and the truck would be sent to me immediately. I am still waiting for the delivery. This company makes too many promises to get the order, they request upfront payment, but can't back it up with any level of service and delivery. There is no acknowledgement of any wrong doing on their part. I've just heard lots of excuses, and everyone blaming everyone else. It has been a most disappointing experience for me and all the contractors who have been inconvenienced by their incompetence
