I will never buy from NWJ again!!! On 21 December 2013 I decided to buy me a silver 8mm bangel from me to me for Christmas after receiving SMS that I could get 50% off. The bangel cost R1200 and I did get discount so paid R600. But after just wearing it for few hours I bumped by arm VERY slightly trying to take out my nieces earring studs because I bought her sleeper earrings also from NWJ. That is when I saw how flimsy the bangel is. Is is very soft and bend very easy. I took it back to the store on Monday 23rd. The Manager refused to refund me because I worn it!!! What must I do when I buy something??? Keep it in box and not wear it!!!? The Manager said she would replace it with earrings or something, but I bought a lot of silver jewelry and have everything!! I wanted a silver bangel. NWJ must have a look at my account and see what I spend with them!!!
