Because of Edgars blocking my Edgars store card (ACCOUNT NR 7000 1001 0001 1727 369 ) -re Fica problems in there Finance department at Eastgate, I notified them that I am closing my account and paid my final statement on 23 September 2011 of R2766.39.
THEN THE NIGHTMARE STARTED ABOUT 6 MONTHS AFTER THAT.
I was phoned in the middle of the night, received final notices from there credit department and later more notices from lawyers on there behalf. I paid KGL LAW firm to act on my behalf in 2012. For a few months they stopped harrazing me. Late 2013 I went to MTN for my 2 yearly upgrade. They informed me that I was blacklisted on the ITC. I have various businesses and have accounts with various huge companies and have never NOT paid my accounts. This is truly a disgrace. I was a customer of Edgars for many years and always paid my accounts. I have now handed this over to another lawyer on principal because I will not pay for something that I am not responsible fo
