I bought a book at Kalahari because it was advertised that the book would be delivered the next day if you paid before 12:00 that day. I paid before 12:00 on 18 Feb 2013 and then waited for the notification the next day that the book was dispatched. When I checked my order status on the website it said that the estimated delivery date was 20 Feb 2013. I thought that they only received my payment after 12:00. Today, on the 20th of Feb 2013 at 14:00 I checked my order progress on the website again to see what the status was. It still said, goods received and no dispatch! When I phoned to ask what the status were, they could not tell me and then said that they will make sure I get the book by tomorrow!! I could have gone to a book shop and already started reading it by now!
If you claim you will delivery it within 24 hours then do it. If there is a problem somewhere, contact the client!!!
