EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM GROUPON SA

I ordered a product from Groupon in the beginning of December 2013 which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. To date 15 January 2014, I am still waiting for my product to be delivered. I' ve sent two emails and received no response. Ive phoned Groupon five times. The first time I was told the supplier was out of stock, the second time I was told the supplier had closed for the festive season. The third time I was told they are looking into the situation and they had started delivering outstanding orders. The fourth time same as the third time. Today, another call and I was told they would get back to me... This after I had spent half an hour waiting on the phone. Bear in mind, each time I have phoned, i have had to wait for an average time of fifteen minutes. Even asking to speak to a manager was a long wait. She then told me she would phone me back. I'm still waiting for that call. Groupon service is disgusting!
