Dissapointed with no response!!!

My wife bought some groceries as well as some detergents at the Westville Woolworths on 23.12.2013.

Unfortunately, the purchased bottle of bleach was not packed separately by the cashier into its own packet but placed among other items and leaked out in the boot all over my wife's jacket and groceries.

When unknowingly offloading the parcel at home, my sons shorts were also stained whilst helping to carry the packet that contained the leaking item.

Furthermore, on unpacking all the items bought, a tomato soup sachet was found to be bloated although marked for use by the 29th December. We stay 5 minutes from the Westville Mall, so there was no unnecessary time spent exposing the sachet to the elements.

We have shopped at this WW for many years and have fortunately never experienced this episode of miss-fortune.

Not only did we have to dispose of the soup sachet (we deemed the swelling as un-safe) but we have two items of clothing now spoilt due to the cashiers negligence. Fortunately, the car boot itself was not damaged.

I sent emails through to your customer care address on 24 and 30.12.2013 and still not have received any response, a very poor show!!!
