EXPIRED PRODUCT AND BAD SERVICE

On 24 Septtember 2013, I shopped at the food market at woolworths pavilion. Amongst items, I purchased 2 stir fry veggies excl noodles. On 26 September 2013, at dinner preparation we noticed that the stir fry itemas had expired on 23 September 2013 yet was still on the shelf. The items were thrown away and dinner was ruined. Second experience was the hasty packer at the till who hurriedly shoved my items into packets. Two managers were nearby and stood and wacthed me berate the packer and did nothing to better the situation. upon arival at home the bread purchased was smashed badly which resulted in us having to throw this item away as well. I spend apporximately R8500-00 monthly at woolworths and i am entitled to say that i dont have to put up with this inferior service and attitude. I coudl well shop elsewhere as the appaling service at woolworths is not in keeping with the quality projected buy the brand.
