On the 07 April 2013 I did my monthly cleaning supply shopping. One of the items I purchased was a PnP window cleaner trigger bottle 750 ml - R29, 99. On the way home the entire bottle leaked into my boot. This is not the first time this has happened. The bottle never leaked in the store or at the register. I do not know if this is a prank by one of your packers or what but I do not appreciate it. The leaked liquid destroyed 3 of my shopping bags which have sentimental value as I received it on my wedding day as a gift from my mother when I left home.
I would appreciate a new bottle of window cleaner and 3 replacement shopping bags. Please note that these are woolworths shopping bags and the label says do not wash... clearly for a reason!
I have a new car and the entire interior of the boot was wet and my entire car reeks of window cleaner... which gives me a headache every time I have to drive in the car.
A week has gone by since I reported the incident and still no one has had the decency to reply or contact me.
