A month ago I was insulted by the young man who takes the orders and money at the Cavendish branch of Seattle Coffee, I was very upset but let it go. Approximately a month later, today I thought I would pop in to have a coffee and couldn't believe it when the same young man made a different extremely rude remark to me! I cannot believe that the management of this branch of Seattle are unaware of his behaviour.
