We are regular customers at Seattle and was completely put off by the bad attitude and lack of customer service received today at Seattle (Exclusive Books) Sandton City. We were helped by Ruth. We were greeted by a very unfriendly face, as if she was doing us a favor by being there. We placed our order and when it was time to pay, I asked her if I can enter my number as I new we can receive a free coffee. She stared at me, rolled her eyes and continued on the computer. I paid and was given the slip with her making no eye contact or saying anything. Send your unfriendly staff on training to learn what customer service is and remind them that without customers they won't have jobs. With this bad attitude it is no wonder so many branches are closing down, because your staff are the reason customers go else where.
