My fiance and aunt went to stuttaford for shopping today at Eastgate, they gave a cashier named Ruby R550 cash, and one of the item price were not priced as labelled, therefore they decided not to take that item, and Ruby gave them back R150 and left the other R400 on the cash register then went to check with manager about the pricing error, when she returned she confirmed the discount were not applicable. She then put the R400 into cash register (without counting) and gave them a receipt of R300 for the items, immediately my fiance asked Ruby where is the other R100? Ruby said she ONLY received R300 and EVEN the security lady confirmed she saw it was R300 cash given, and all other cash register ladies surrounded my fiance and was arrogant and extremely RUDE pointing that my fiance was lying, the manager then came and checked the camera and refunded the R100, not sure why Stuttaford would hire such dishonest and rude employees, I have the receipt here with time and date, I would like to know if these employees would face any consequences for their actions? Before that I would send this letter to the Chinese community and radio as well as other community regarding these.
