I have been receiving the ruby box for five or six months now with no problems and was a very happy customer. Suddenly at the end of last month nothing was deducted from my bank account and I have not received a delivery. I had ordered and paid for a product to be delivered with by ruby box this month. What has happened? I have also e-mailed in this regard with no response!!
