Hi im a rubybox fan I all ways speak to colleen or any other employer in ruby box and every time I have something in mined to say they allways send me an email back... when I subscribe for the ruby box they said the monthly box will allways come between 5th and 8th of every month today is the 11th and still I did not get my box... they don't email me to say what is happening to the ruby box why are they so late and then I called to know whats going on and the lady on the phone say the box will come between 8th and 15th this month but why, why should I wait so long to know that, and I email them like 5 times on different emails that I can find of the rubybox but has no responds... what do I say to my new friends that just describe they are still waiting for there free gift that ruby promised them last month when they subscribe, I was kind to make them a magazine for there 2cd birthday and send it to them but know my friends at work don't want to be a ruby box subscriber any more because of this problem, and I don't want them to leave... can you tell rubybox there losing customers and the service is now poor this month.
