My problem with Total Northriding is still not solved for swiping my card twice since 01/05/13. One of the guys by the name of Oscar called me last week Friday, apparently a branch manager. He requested me to fax him a slip & my bank statement as proof that my card was swiped twice. I went to my bank for a bank statement & was charged R19.80 for printing. My challenge is Total has not banked this money & I just called the bank & they confirmed that the money not cleared on my account was a payment to Total. So how am I going to give proof if they dont bank this money? I'm tired of this up & downs, I just want my money & with the calls n bank charges of printing statements, by the time this problem get sorted, I will be getting less what Total has charged me considering all the expenses I'm accumulating right now.
