My wife and I visit Northgate quite often and enjoy having breakfast at Wimpy. On Saturday, 27 July, we were seated and given menus. We then waited to place an order. Two couples were seated after us and their orders taken. Despite numerous attempts to get service, we were ignored (while the waitress had time to chat with a group of ladies at another table). We eventually gave up waiting (waited for 15 minutes from the time we were seated) and complained to the manager and cashier. They were very surprised and tried to convince us to stay, however, we decided to rather go to a restaurant that would provide better service to their patrons. Wimpy, you need to fix this!!! Service in your industry is paramount to attract patrons and retain their loyalty!!!
