I have been trying to get through to Wimpy Cilli Lane for almost an hour! The phone line is constantly engaged! When I eventually got hold of them they informed me that they were busy and that we could wait up to 45 minutes for our delivery. I then instructed them that I would rather come to pick it up. When I got to Wimpy a half an hour after I've placed my order I still waited 20min for them to give me my order. Our food were cold and they charged me more then what they were suppose to. The manager is very friendly and helpful, but they need better staff! He cant be doing everything! I've seen busier Wimpy's with much better service! I wont recommend them to anyone and most definitely wont order from them again! This was a very frustrating and horrible experience.
