TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
I have been to the Wimpy in the Pick and Pay centre twice. The first time we ordered and after 3/4 hour no service. I walked out.
The second time I went there the waitress brought the menu and left without asking whether I wanted something to dring and
Simply never returned.
Yesterday the 22/7/13 I went to the Wimpy In the Woolworths mall and no waiter even served me although they walked past
Me numerous times. They stood chatting and laughing.
In the Wimpy in Cradock we had the same experience, we were only served after my daughter stood up and asked for service after
About 1/2 hour.
I have no problem waiting if the place is busy but in all the above cases there were just a few customers in the restaurant and they
Had all been served.
If you want to be a restaurant then your service should accordingly be excellent.
